WARNING: Before filling ensure the fuel regulator is adjusted to the lowest setting by turning the valve round clockwise to the minimum (-) sign. Then fill from a standard Butane Gas Lighter fuel canister available at most Supermarkets and Convenience stores. Ignite lighter away from face and clothing and adjust the regulator anti-clockwise towards the (+) sign until the flame size is as required.
