Delivery Guarantee
At Alternative Gifts, we make every effort to have the items you want in stock at all times. In most instances, if a product appears on our site, we have it in stock. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, a representative will email you with anticipated delivery dates. If this delivery date is not acceptable then you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Alternative Gifts ships its product through reliable carriers like APC, who make every effort to guarantee delivery dates. We also insure our products for 100% of their value to help make certain that you are satisfied with the product when it arrives.
APC require a signature to confirm delivery. APC will attempt to deliver to your chosen shipping address up to a maximum of three times and if there is no contact from you to APC to either collect or deliver on a suitable day, then the return of the product to Alternative Gifts will incur a £6.00 penalty which will be deducted from your refund.
To provide a cheaper delivery option we have introduced the Royal Mail delivery which is cheaper but delivery times are not guaranteed. We still suggest larger items or urgent items are shipped using either APC, but if you are more flexible then Royal Mail is a good option.

Order Cut Off TimeWe aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm (weekdays) subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed during a weekend or over a bank holiday are dispatched the on the next working day. The APC option is not a guaranteed service, as less than 0.5% of orders arrive on the 2nd working day. |
