Due to inconsistencies with Royal Mail's postage service, please inform Customer Support stating your full order details if you haven't received your order via Royal Mail within 14 days of its despatch date. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Please be aware that if the item you have ordered is unwanted there is -5% charge and the original shipping costs will also deducted. If you have chosen APC as your despatch method they will attempt to deliver to your chosen shipping address up to a maximum of three times. If there is no contact from you to APC to either collect or deliver on a suitable day, then the return of the product to Alternative Gifts will incur a £6.00 penalty which will be deducted from your refund.
