How long will it take to make my print?
The estimated time for making your print is roughly 30 minutes.  You may also need to allow some time to practise.  

Do the paints contain any harmful substances?  
The paint contains no harmful substances.  They contain 84.7% Calcium Carbonate (chalk) and 8.5% cornstarch which is simply the starch of corn (which is often used to make crisps).  The paint also contains 4.2% EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) which is a binder for the paints and is regularly used when making babies bottles & dummies and harmless colour pigments. The pigment is carbon black.

How do I remove the paint?   
As soon as you have finished the prints, remove the paint from your child's hands or feet by rinsing with soap under warm water.  Although the paint is not harmful, if you allow it to dry, it could very occasionally cause temporary staining. 

When I am practising it seems that the paint is too light.  What am I doing wrong? 
Your paint has dried.  To avoid this, we recommend that you dip the paint into the water several times during the application. 

What if I get paint on my clothes or furniture?
We recommend that your work area is adequately covered by old sheets or towels.  If paint does spill onto any furniture or upholstery please wash the area immediately. 

How will I hang my canvas? 
You can display your canvas by resting it on a pin in the wall.  You will not need to attach anything to the canvas to do this.
