By purchasing or receiving this pack you will own your own piece of land on the Island Harbour Beach Estate on Little Exuma, one of the beautiful islands of the Bahamas in the Caribbean. As soon as we receive your completed registration card, which can be found in the set of documents, we will confirm you as Beneficial Owner for a period of ten years of one square foot of land on the Island Harbour Beach Estate on Little Exuma ? about 20 km from Georgetown, Great Exuma, and just a short drive from some of the most spectacular beaches in the world. Inside the pack you will find the registration card that you need to return to us so that we can produce your personalised Land Contract and record you as Beneficial Owner of a plot on the estate. Also enclosed you will find ownership information, plus info about Little Exuma and the Bahamas in general so that you can impress your friends and family with knowledge about your new land acquisition. There are also a number of authentic Bahamian recipes to help you get in the Bahamian spirit! Please note that in order to complete the formalities we will send you a Land Contract that you need to sign and keep. This Contract can be witnessed by any friend or acquaintance (a lawyer is not necessary). We hope that you will enjoy your ownership of a piece of paradise, and that knowing you are an owner of a bit of one of the most beautiful places in the world brings a smile to your face (and a green tinge to your friends' faces!) every day. The 'Piece of Paradise' Gift Pack contains: A4 size parchment presentation certificate, Map of Little Exuma island and some images of the area, Letter of introduction from MoonEstates.com, Information about the Island Harbour Beach Estate, Little Exuma island and the Bahamas in general , Frequently Asked Questions and terms and conditions, Authentic Bahamian recipes, Pre-paid registration card to be returned to us with the full land owner's details filled in. Once we receive that back we will issue the Land Contract in the name of the land owner.
